You may return or exchange your instore / online purchases at our studio in Durban North only when we are open on a Thursday, between 9am and 4pm or at our Stall N3&4 at the weekly Shongweni Craft Market open on Saturdays between 7am and 1pm.  Please remember that the returned item/s must be unworn, unwashed and undamaged with the swing ticket attached - together with a copy of the receipt/order number.

How do I log an Online Exchange / Return?

* Kindly note that  returns/exchanges will be at the customer's own return expense.

* The item(s) must be unworn, unwashed and undamaged with the swing ticket attached.  Once your item(s) have been received by us, your desired item(s) will be delivered to your address again.

* If you are returning item(s) for an credit voucher, please note this will be processed once your item(s) have been received by us, and assessed by our quality control team. We will then email your credit voucher to you on the email address used when placing your order.

* Products may be returned for exchange or credit voucher within 21 days from date of purchase / delivery, provided that the merchandise is unused and is returned in its original condition.

* There are no returns, exchanges or credit vouchers provided on sale items.

* Returns/exchanges will exclude all delivery fees that are paid as part of the order.

* If we accidentally deliver the wrong item to you, or if the item arrives and is damaged, please contact us immediately at support@wbdesigns.co.za and we will arrange to collect the order from you at no charge. We will then arrange to deliver the correct item to you or refund you - as per your preference.
