NORMAL RETURNS/EXCHANGES
Return to Durban North Studio or Shongweni Market
You may return or exchange your instore/online purchase at our Durban North studio on Thursdays, between 9am and 4pm or at our Stall N3 on Saturdays at the Shongweni Market between 7am and 1pm.
Please remember that the returned item/s must be unworn, unwashed and undamaged with the swing ticket attached, together with a copy of the receipt/order number.
How do I log an online exchange/return?
* Returns/exchanges will be at the customer's own expense.
* The item(s) must be unworn, unwashed and undamaged with the swing ticket attached. Once your item(s) have been received by us, your exchange will be delivered back to the address given.

* If you are returning item(s) for an online credit, please note this will only be processed once your item(s) have been received and assessed. We will then email your credit voucher to you on the email address that you used, when placing your order.
Please note
* Products may be returned for exchange/credit within 21 days from date of purchase/delivery - provided that the merchandise is unused and is returned in its original condition.
* There are no returns/exchanges/credit vouchers provided on sale items.
* Refunds will exclude all collection/delivery fees that are paid as part of the order.
* If we accidentally deliver the wrong item to you, or if the delivered item is damaged, please contact us immediately on support@wbdesigns.co.za and we will arrange to collect the order from you immediately.
We will then deliver the correct item to you or refund you, depending on your preference.
