In an effort to guarantee the best possible delivery costs, we use the services of a combination of Fastway ; The Courier Guy ; Postnet and Aramax - depending on your location and urgency (remember, we're not shipping body parts here)
Please allow for a 2 - 3 working day lead time for delivery.
All deliveries, countrywide, will be a set rate of R95 for National and R60 for local ie ; within KZN and will be delivered to your door. That is, unless you opt for the Postnet option if that is more convenient for you.
When including your shipping details, please include the correct postal code and the telephone number on which you can be reached.
If Postnet delivery is required, please give the exact Postnet address.
Please note all tracking information will be emailed to you for your tracking ease, once the parcel has been despatched.
NB : ONCE YOUR PARCEL HAS BEEN DESPATCHED FROM OUR PREMISES IN DURBAN NORTH, WENDY BASHFORD DESIGNS IS NOT LIABLE SHOULD THE PARCEL BE LOST OR STOLEN DURING TRANSPORTATION. Every parcel has a R1000 insurance attached in this eventuality, but it is the on the onus of the customer to take out your own insurance if you so wish to.
CAN I COLLECT MY ORDER ?
Yes, with pleasure. You can collect from our Studio at 86 Adelaide Thambo Drive, Durban North - your parcel will be with Vincent at the gate at our Thursday open days, but if you'd like to collect on an alternative day - just let us know. You can also collect from our stall at the Shongweni Market every Saturday or from Westville (directions will be given on payment) Hence no postage costs will be incurred.
RETURNS and REFUNDS
We do our utmost to assist with styles and sizing to ensure that our customers are thrilled with their purchases. We want you to wear your garments all the time so, if you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, please email firstname.lastname@example.org and we will do our utmost to accommodate an exchange.
We will happily exchange garments if you send it back within 21 days of receipt of goods. To process an exchange, please email us on email@example.com and advise exchange details . You'll receive return instructions and we will send you the new item as soon as we receive the return. Returned Items must have the invoice and swingtag attached, be unworn and unwashed. If we don't have the size/print requested at the time, we offer a store credit / gift voucher with no expiry date. No refunds will be issued. With the regularity of new stock arrivals, it won't be long before you spot something you'd want.
Please do not return an item without advising us by email first. ((Box below)) with collection details and disclaimer to tick to acknowledge a charge of R95 will be deducted off the store credit.
REGRET - NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES ON SALE ITEMS
WHO PAYS THE RETURN SHIPPING COST ?
Unfortunately, we do not offer free return shipping. You will have to cover the shipping costs for returns yourself. If we issue a store credit in lieu of an exchange, we will deduct the shipping costs off the store credit first. Alternatively, we will have to add a shipping cost to the exchange.
