Sale items may not be returned for an exchange/refund under any circumstances.

Please submit your details in the form below to process your return/exchange.

Return Policy

RETURNS/EXCHANGE POLICY :

- The swingtag must be attached to the item.

- The item must be in it's original condition and unchanged (unworn, unwashed, undamaged).

- A slip/receipt must be provided on return.

- The items must be returned within 21 days of purchase.

- A sale item may not be returned or exchanged under any circumstances.

PROCEDURE:

Durban North Studio Return/Exchange

In-Store and online purchases may be returned or exchanged at our Durban North studio on Thursdays, between 9am and 4pm or Saturdays, between 9am - 12:30pm.

(Items will only be accepted if they meet our return/exchange policy)

An Online Return/Exchange

The returns/exchange will be at the customer's own expense.

Once your item(s) have been received by us, your exchange will be delivered back to the address given.

(Items will only be accepted if they meet our return/exchange policy)

* If you are returning item(s) for a credit, please note it will only be processed once your item(s) have been received and assessed. The credit voucher will then be issued We will then issued via the email address used to place the order.

Please note

Refunds will exclude all collection/delivery fees that are paid as part of the order.

* If we accidentally deliver the wrong item to you, or if the delivered item is damaged, please contact us immediately on support@wbdesigns.co.za and we will arrange to collect the order from you.

We will then deliver the correct item to you or refund you, depending on your preference.
