Refund policy

The provision of goods and services by Wendy Bashford Designs (Pty) Ltd is subject to availability.

We want our customers to be happy with their purchases.  If you would like to return a garment, you may do so with pleasure.  We accept returns and exchanges as long as they fall within 21 days of reciept.  We will happily exchange unworn items with swingtags and receipts attached.  If we no longer have stock of the exact garment you'd like to exchange, we will gladly issue you with a store credit / gift voucher, which will be emailed to you and has no expiry date. 

We offer an exchange (provided stock is available) or store credit voucher on sale items, within 7 days from the purchase date.

Please obtain a "Proof Of Posting" by returning your parcel with either a registration or tracking number as we can not be held responsible for parcels lost or damaged on return to us.
