Wendy Bashford Designs is a business in the fashion industry that designs and manufactures clothing with a variety of colours and styles.

2. Delivery policy
Subject to availability and receipt of payment, requests will be processed within 24 hours and delivery confirmed by way of email. The manufacturer (Wendy Bashford Designs) will supply all goods to the delivery company in good order. The manufacturer (Wendy Bashford Designs) will not be held liable for the condition of goods arriving at the user’s chosen delivery address. The delivery costs relate to the weight of your order and the address to which you’d like your order delivered.

The offering on this website is available to South African clients only.

4. Return and Refunds policy
The provision of goods and services by Wendy Bashford Designs is subject to availability. In cases of unavailability, Wendy Bashford Designs will refund the client in full within 30 days. Wendy Bashford Designs is unable to guarantee permanent availability of all items at all times. Should a certain style/colour be out of stock, we will advise you and offer advise on alternative styles and colours. Should you want a specific colour, we will advise expected delivery dates. Wendy Bashford Designs will offer a full refund on items returned within 10 working days of delivery, provided the items are unworn and still have their swing-tags attached. We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products that appear on the Site. However, please note that colours may vary. We offer an exchange (provided stock is available) or store credit voucher on sale items, within 7 days from the purchase date.

5. Customer Privacy policy
Wendy Bashford Designs shall take all reasonable steps to protect the personal information of users. For the purpose of this clause, "personal

6. Payment options accepted
Payment may be made via Visa, MasterCard, Diners or American Express Cards or by bank transfer into the Wendy Bashford Designs bank account, the
details of which will be provided on request.

7, Card acquiring and security
Card transactions will be acquired for Wendy Bashford Designs via PayGate (Pty) Ltd who are the approved payment gateway for all South African
Acquiring Banks. PayGate uses the strictest form of encryption, namely Secure Socket Layer 3 (SSL3) and no Card details are stored on the
website. Users may go to www.paygate.co.za to view their security certificate and security policy.

8. Customer details separate from card details
Customer details will be stored by Wendy Bashford Designs separately from card details which are entered by the client on PayGate’s secure site. For

9. Merchant Outlet country and transaction currency
The merchant outlet country at the time of presenting payment options to the cardholder is South Africa. Transaction currency is
South African Rand (ZAR).

10. Responsibility
Wendy Bashford Designs takes responsibility for all aspects relating to the transaction including sale of goods and services sold on this website,
customer service and support, dispute resolution and delivery of goods.

11. Country of domicile
This website is governed by the laws of South Africa and Wendy Bashford Designs chooses as its domicilium citandi et executandi for all purposes under
this agreement, whether in respect of court process, notice, or other documents or communication of whatsoever nature.

12. Variation
Wendy Bashford Designs may, in its sole discretion, change this agreement or any part thereof at any time without notice.

STOCK AVAILABILITY
Stocks of all goods on offer are limited. Wend Bashford Designs shall take all reasonable efforts to discontinue the offer as soon as stock is no longer available. However, should items still be offered after stocks are sold, Wend Bashford Designs shall only be liable to refund monies where it is unable to fulfil orders. We are unable to guarantee permanent availability of all items at all times. Should a certain style/colour be out of stock, we will advise you and offer advise on alternative styles and colours. Should you want a specific colour, we will advise expected delivery dates. We offer a full refund on items returned within 10 working days of delivery, provided the items are unworn and still have their swing-tags attached.
